For the first time ever, we are applying the powerful process of Consciousness Shifting for the specific purpose of unleashing the healer within. More about that later but, for now, let me share my story with you.
My Story
My name is Perenna Fleming and I was a reluctant healer.
I ignored my healing hands and what was obvious for years. I was certain that there was one more thing I had to do first before I could share my healing capacities with others.
You see, I didn’t have a healing background, no credentials, no certificates or schooling, (although I did become a master reiki healer later) yet I knew I had something. AND I believed I needed these - all of these!
I felt frustrated and lacked confidence...
I read all the books, studied all the different methods, but I was still saying in my head, “it’s not me” my gifts are different;
I didn’t fit into a particular slot, so I didn’t believe my gifts had value.
Because I did not fit into a box, I didn’t believe my gifts were real.
When my hands fired up, (and they did fire up turning red hot and tingling), I didn’t trust what I saw, felt, or sensed, so I dismissed it.
Here I was with a powerful gift that was giving me physical signs of its power and I was living from a place that this was not real, I was not good enough and who was I to think I could be a healer?
Sometimes things are so bizarre, that you just turn away, and deny your capacities. When my hands would fire up because I was supposed to be doing some healing, I just tried to ignore it! Sometimes, though I just couldn’t.
One evening during one of Joe Vitale's Manifestation seminars, I observed Perenna going from table to table asking discreetly if anyone was in any sort of pain. Her hands had heated up and were bright red. Turns out the guy in pain was sitting next to me! He had a tooth ache. She put her hands just over his face for a while and the pain dissipated!
I knew I had to work with Perenna. She has taught me how to be present with the enormous amount of energy that comes through me and eased my transition to embrace my gifts when I became aware of them.

I was suffering from “reluctant healer syndrome (™)”!

Since I have identified the reluctant healer syndrome, I am noticing that there are lot of reluctant healers among my clients who have the capacities to step into their power, but like me, for whatever reason, don’t.
Now for the rest of the story...
My coach (Karen Vizer) supported me in recognizing how I was separating myself from my healing gifts and denying the purpose I came to serve. Together we found the coding, conditioning, and programming that had stopped me from sharing my gifts.
Today, I regularly share the healing capacities that are my gifts with others with amazing results too! I no longer worry about what I am lacking; instead I focus on what I can give!
When Perenna worked with me, I wasn't completely clear on exactly what it was she was doing at the time but I figured anything was worth a shot and I trusted her (which is pretty uncommon for an addict fresh from the streets). The end result was that within hours, my withdrawal symptoms began to subside and thus the cravings became much more manageable. I directly contribute her work to my early success in abstaining from relapse.
