Born to an English family with a strong psychic and healer strain through some Scottish genes, I inherited powerful gifts. However, as a "good girl" in a proper English custom, my family taught me to stuff my feelings down and keep the traditional British “stiff upper lip”.

And so I did.

Many years later, I moved to the States and married an engineer. As you might surmise, engineers deal primarily in analytical facts and statistics. The result for me? More stuffing down through 25 years of marriage and raising two beautiful daughters. My husband and I subsequently divorced and it was as if the floodgates had opened for me. 

Suddenly I was aware, I was alive, and I knew that there were different ways of being.

At that time, I had a career in human resources. But after the divorce, and feeling this new sense of aliveness, I realized corporate work wasn’t fulfilling for me. I stumbled upon the world of personal development coaching, became a member of Coachville and joined the Thomas Leonard School of Coaching.

And so in 2001, I began my new Life Coaching career.

While living in the Bay Area, I have had the opportunity to work in the field of recidivism with addicts and ex-offenders, 70% of whom return to jail or addiction. I was frustrated in seeing their experience when I knew I could help and, I’m happy to say, it has been very successful.

As my new business progressed and my client base grew, I discovered something new, unusual and unfamiliar was happening. At first, I was feeling a different kind of energy running through me when working with my clients and then it began happening even when I just going about my life. I was getting messages - what was that about? Who or what was speaking through me?

I began to listen in a new way that has now become my "normal" life.

However, back then, this energy would run through me so intensely that my hands would turn hot - so raging hot that I would sometimes put them into ice or around an ice bucket. And this always happened when someone needed healing or some other energetic shift.

Although I was confused at first, I eventually recognized that the Universe in its infinite wisdom was allowing my unique transformational gifts to come through so I could step into my life purpose in a clear and powerful way.

During the time that these gifts were manifesting for me, I studied various methodologies in the areas of healing and personal development coaching. I needed to understand more. And so, I read everything I could lay my hands on, studied the masters, went to workshops and developed my gifts.

In addition to polishing my coaching skills, I became a Master Reiki Healer and took many courses in different modalities of healing and energy shifting. One in particular fascinated me. It is known as consciousness shifting - a truly powerful technique for shifting limiting beliefs. By using kinesiology as a guide to identify sabotaging patterns, behaviors and issues that hold a person back from being their best, it is possible to remove the causal energy that has accumulated for that person over years - even decades - for permanent positive change.

And now I teach people how to use this effective technique for themselves and others.

It’s clear to me at this point that all these “abilities” are actually different healing modalities which access different entry points - psychic, quantum, spiritual or energetic - specifically for each person. Additionally, a new gift showed up as I went along in my work and, as wild as it is for my inner Brit, I am now a conscious channel.

I have the good fortune to have a guide named Duthkashan (commonly known as Duth). This ability gives me the amazing experience of being able to get answers to questions that seem imponderable. When appropriate, I use this ‘connection’ with my clients. This connection with Duth has led me to hosting a weekly radio show which allows me to introduce these abilities to people who have never heard of them before as well as share them with people who understand their value.

To reach even more people, my practice has grown beyond private coaching clients to include leading seminars, teaching both workshops and teleclass series. My clients include people who want to be the best they can be, ranging from every day folk to CEO’s, foreign currency traders, accountants, lightworkers, salespeople, other coaches and anyone who wants to help transform the world, starting with themselves first.
